Irri

The capital of the Zharnafa Province, it lies in the southeast, near the channel that divides the province from the Imperial mainland. It was the first Imperial presence in the province, and that foothold has grown to a city worthy of being a provincial capital. No other settlement in the province can compare to Irri -- and its inhabitants are happy to tell you that, loudly and often.

The city is well-patrolled by Imperial guards, including Legionnaires. The people are confident in their safety. Crime is low.
